3. Spoon the chocolate into your molds. If you want to make the task a lot easier, fill your molds using a plastic squeeze bottle or a pastry bag. You could even fill a ziploc bag and cut off the tip, using it to pipe in the chocolate.
Clean your molds with warm, soapy water. If they are plastic, don't put the molds in the dishwasher. :)
Chocolate can be melted over and over, so, if you have any leftovers (impossible!) you can put it in a container for future use. Store your chocolate in a cool dry place. For more details on storage, head on over to the storing chocolate page.
Note: If you would like, you can use your molds to make cream-filled chocolates. They are really yummy. Again, I do suggest that you visit the page on tempering chocolate. Although you don't need to use this process for everyday chocolates, they are so much nicer when properly done for special occasions or for party favors.
