If you can't get through the first time, don't worry.  Just leave a message and we will return your call at our earliest convenience.

Paperwork and Payment

Upon your contact, I or one of my agents will guide you through the next steps. After verbally agreeing to let us work on your claim, we'll coordinate a convenient time for you to sign the necessary paperwork.

It's important to note that our firm operates on a contingent basis, meaning there are no out-of-pocket expenses for you. We assume all expenses related to the claim until it's successfully collected.  Our commitment to transparency and fairness extends to our payment structure. We only receive compensation upon the successful collection of your claim. In the event the claim is unsuccessful, you owe us nothing.

A local notary will be dispatched to deliver our paperwork package and assist you in completing it correctly, ensuring a seamless process. The claims typically undergo processing in 3-4 months, depending on the case's complexity. Your share of the claim, usually ranging between 60-70% of the collected funds, will be remitted to you within 30 days of receipt.

Our aim is not only to recover funds rightfully belonging to you but also to streamline the entire process, ensuring efficiency and transparency at every step. We look forward to assisting you in reclaiming what is rightfully yours.
